What's Up With the Amendments?

Or why I chose a meme with the US Constitution's first amendment.

Or why I have been a little more outspoken about the hottest issues of today.

It has not even been a year since our last election and we are already facing a crises as a nation. Reminding all of you about your rights as a US citizen will remind you why a lot of people are standing against the current administration now, myself included. It will also educate you. As I understand it, not every school teaches American Civics.

Through the Bill of Rights (the first ten amendments), we are allowed a lot of freedoms. The most important is the 1st - freedom of speech, press, grievance, etc. Lately, there have been instances where only one side has a say in the narrative, and any deviance is considered being against the state. Many are being silenced. Once the laughter is gone, we will be gone as a nation too.

I will keep talking about our freedoms because it is part of my freedom as an American.

And if I stop, somebody else will pick up where I left off.
