Connecting CT Indie Authors to Services and Events
As a self-published author, it was difficult to market myself, especially without support from family, friends, and a community. I did not know what to do or where to go. Nobody could teach me confidence and I am considered poor. Luckily, though trial and error, I have found solutions. I also learned that not all pieces fit every person.
The CT Authors Partnership's goals are saving the arts, serving the socio-economic needs of authors, and connecting readers and writers. It looks to community resources to assist indie authors and to push for more opportunities. Lastly, it educates and continues the encouragement of careers in the arts.
